Santouka is a ramen specialist located in the Mitsuwa Marketplace Centinela food court, and is considered one of the better ramen joints in town. I don't partake of pork, so I am unable to comment on their specialty. I did manage to sample their ikura don on a recent trip there. Ikura don is a bowl of salmon roe over rice. In this case some dried seaweed strips were also placed on top.
The ikura don was good with the roe having a nice pop and not mushing together. With a little soy sauce to flavor this was a delicious, though light, lunch. I paired this with a miso soup from a neighboring outlet and enjoyed this meal more than my previous Mitsuwa meal at Misasa.
